Uprising: CQSW

I looked around at some of the weapons i've come up with over the years and i realise that i'm rather lacking in the shotgun department. Now, to me, shotguns are the ark angels of firearms. A lack of them on my part, is unnacceptable. So here is the solution.

It's called the: Close Quarters Support Weapon.
You hold it underarm. At the moment i've only got it in left-hand configuration...I don't honestly know why. It's one metre long, including the interchangable chainsaw at the end (you can get a bigger blade so don't worry!). It's a rapid fire negative five-gauge shotgun. (one gauge is the largest sized shotgun shell you can get, 20 is the smallest). The reason it's so insanely large is because bigger is better. these shells contain over four hundred little metal balls, perfect for dealing with even the most elusive pheasant. *sniggers*

The barrel and firing mechanism are built into a suspension system meaning the the barrel will slide in and out as you fire, decreasing the insane amount of recoil. Doesn't mean that this will improve its insane unnaccuracy though...It weighs Fourty kilograms, excluding the ammunition. It fires at a rate of six hundred rounds per minute. Should that fail then i've added a bayonet-mounted chainsaw for even closer-quarters work. Mind you, it has only got an effective range of ten metres...thirty metres out and it won't kill you, but if you're standing within ten metres of it, then they won't even be able to bury you. All of this and then i've included a tripod. Don't i just love you?

Currently in the prototyping stage, there only five of this weapon around, one is the rebellion's ownership, being quite efficently used against the Universal forces, the rest are being tested by the universals inside the Quarantine zones...
